Yes, you can customize your delivery fees based on distance. Delivery distance will be automatically tabulated when buyers key in their delivery address creating a fuss-free experience for you.

Yes we do! We have a highly customisable and dynamic promo code function that allows you to control discount type, validity redemption limits and more.

It is FREE to create a shop and list your items on The Collective. After you have made a sale, a small referral fee would be deducted from your transaction.
The different tiers of referral fees help ensure the sustainability of your business as you grow. In addition, a payment gateway fee of 3% is applicable for all transactions.

Your payout for the month will be transferred into your bank account latest by the first week of the following month.

Of course, we have a payment tracking system that allows you to view your daily, weekly, monthly and even yearly revenue.
